Comcast refunded me for the days I had lost (including all the days I didn't notice because I was traveling, how kind of them), and the tech guy neglected to tell me exactly who in the building it was for obvious reasons. The rest is Comcast's problem, but its kind of funny to laugh at now (not so funny the last two nights, as I got home and realized how many things I can't do without internet when I'm traveling for work. I ended up reading a book, working on a puzzle, and going to bed 4-5 hours earlier than usual
